Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. Sagittarius. She was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the third oldest siblings who were born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne a psychologist.
